Doug “Droog” Sharp is an old-school computer game developer (ChipWits, The King of Chicago) who lives in a remote Wisconsin cabin with two horrible dogs. He just finished Channel Zilch, a sci-fi novel about kickstarting the Singularity by stealing a space shuttle, and is working on the poli-sci-fi chiller Palin/Cheney 2012.
He is co-conspirator in an art byproduct syndicate called Channel Zilch Studios with his beautiful but criminally insane daughter Margaret Sharp.
